RING

RING (Regions Investing in the Next Generation) is an online high school cybersecurity course that offers engaging content and credit for students and schools without an existing cybersecurity program. RING is a K-12 Pathway initiative of the Center for Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity, founded by the National Security Agency. Universities around the nation serve as partner institutions of the RING program.

STEAM Innovation Challenge

The STEAM Innovation Challenge is an Ontario-wide competition that allows youth the opportunity to innovate and solve real-world problems. Participants present their innovation at the STEAM ICAC (held in Toronto, Canada) where they can network with industry professionals.

SPROG stands for the Security and Privacy Research and Outreach Group. They believe that in the world of information security and privacy, research is important but not enough— individuals of all ages need to be educated, trained, and made aware of issues related to security and privacy. SPROG meets weekly, discusses research issues worth exploring, as well as where outreach efforts will be beneficial to the community.

FinLit123

FinLit123 is a Connecticut-based nonprofit with a mission to offer a financial literacy education program that will assist students in developing the skills necessary to make informed and effective decisions with their financial resources. The program offers free lectures and course content in schools and other public venues as well as utilizes social media channels and website to provide educational content on financial literacy.
